Alex Heiberg

With a passion for helping others, my physiotherapy journey began at Mosvold Hospital in KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. Here I rotated between diverse wards, conducted outreach visits, and led community-wide educational programs. Following that, I transitioned to working in a Cardiac ICU at a Private Hospital in Cape Town. Here, I specialised in cardiac post-surgery, respiratory, orthopaedic and neurological cases.

I then moved to London where I developed a passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I gained experience in sports injuries, chronic and acute injuries and multiple orthopaedic conditions. I also worked with multiple rugby clubs and school teams where I developed a special interest in adolescent injuries.
