Cancellation Policy

If you fail to attend a treatment or class, or reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be obliged to pay for the full cost of the missed session.
Please note that insurance companies will not pay for missed appointments or appointments rescheduled without sufficient notice therefore you will be obliged to pay the full amount for that appointment. (more info)


Prepayment is taken for all Privately paying appointments and all classes at Six Physio. You will receive an SMS upon booking with a link to make payment prior to attending your session, or if booking through our Online Portal then payment is taken at checkout.

When saving a Credit or Debit card monies will automatically be taken from this card once you have booked an appointment, class or booklet. Card payments are PSD2 SCA compliant and processed through TM3Pay (powered by Clear Accept).

Please note we do not accept AMEX as a form of payment.

Hand Clinic Splinting

At Six Physio we hold stock of some standard splints and our Specialists are trained in fitting custom-made splints. Please note these are both chargeable (ask your therapist about costs) and have to be paid for privately, they are not available on Insurance.

Promotions – general

Promotional code or Discount code must be quoted when booking an appointment. 

  • All appointments are subject to availability. 
  • A discount code can only be used once by any individual (unless stated otherwise).
  • Promotions are non-transferable between services.
  • They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, incl other promotions or booklets.
  • Cannot be used for direct billing to insurance companies.
  • Where an end date is stated, booking must be made prior to this date, with appt taken within 2 weeks.


All Massage and Pilates booklets are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. (Unless there are specific dates mentioned on a promotion)

All booklets are non-refundable.

Gift Vouchers

These are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and at any of our clinics. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds given.
