Our clinics will be open over the Christmas period for Physio, Pilates & Massage.
We will be open:
Fri 24th til 1400
Wed 29th & Thurs 30th til 1600
Fri 31st til 1400
From Tuesday 4th January it’s business as usual, with clinics open from 8am til late.

If you’d prefer not to come into Clinic then we are offering:
- virtual physio sessions
- Or we can come and see you at home or work
