A huge thank you to Helen Wood

I just wanted to let you know I came to see Helen in Parsons Green a few months ago with the most excruciating backache. I was absolutely terrified of the pain and was struggling to trust anyone with it. Helen was not only comforting because she described exactly what I was feeling without me having to tell her, she also consistently reassured me.
The exercises and massage she gave me were of great benefit. I will never forget the pain I was in and I’ll never forget who got me through it.
I had been to see many specialists but Helen was the one who fixed me very gently, patiently and professionally.
