Loved the gym session yesterday. Massive clarity of where I have been going wrong and the stress my poor back goes through.
Had meditation last night. It was brilliant. I have never felt more relaxed than after the session. The pain in my back melted away. I have had no pain since and slept like a baby (much needed!). Phew!
I cycled to work this morning. Had some hip pain. I took it slowly and was trying to bring in some of the posture work that we had talked about which seemed to ease it off a little.
I don’t think that I will need to see you this week, unless the pain comes back in my lower back. In the meantime, it would be great if you could send through the exercises that we went through yesterday and I can be working on them daily whilst I am on holiday.
