About me

I started working as a physiotherapist in Christchurch, New Zealand providing musculoskeletal care to patients. I worked in pitch side rugby and with elite level gymnasts both in the clinic and as a coach. Here I gained professional skills in many areas with a particular interest in female athletes, biomechanics and Pilates derived rehabilitation. I have since completed my training as a Pilates physio and in Women's Health Physiotherapy. In 2023 I decided to pack my bags and explore the shores beyond New Zealand, travelling for three months around South East Asia and Europe before settling in the UK.
