Partial ACL tear – what to do?
- Related Injuries: Knees

Hello
I have just been diagnosed with a partial ACL tear and a small tear on my MCL. NHS has advised me to do individual physiotherapy exercises at home with a follow up in 3 months. I would like to know if you provide on-going supportive physiotherapy? I would like to have the ability to be monitored and have a place where I can go to do exercises and being followed up on.
Is this a service you provide? And if so what would be the costs?
Thank you very much.
Best regards,
Isabel

Hi Isabel
Absolutely.
It’s slightly sad that our NHS can’t provide/afford enough of what you need – a comprehensive rehab solution to allows you to be monitored with confidence.
You need to get stronger, have better control and improve your balance – all which take careful training under a watchful eye. You’ll have lots to do at home and in the gym….
If all goes well (and it should) then by spring you’ll be all good to go.
You’d start with an hour’s initial consultation £102 and we deal with all (most!) insurers…
Let me know where’s nearest to you and we can get you started.
