YeonJun asked The Guru for the following Physiotherapy Advice:

Hello, I just wanted to ask you a question about running coaching. I want to know about the price, training times, training structure, and etc.

I am an amateur football player who wish to develop my speed more faster. Thank you Regards YeonJun

Hi YeonJun

The man you want to see is Gary Telfer – he’s been our Running Coach for almost the past 5 years. He’s got a true blue riband reputation to back him up.

He works out of The City, Harley Street and SW6. His treadmill sessions last for 30 minutes and cost £45. He’ll then give you tips and advice to improve speed (or whatever need to be changed to get speedier) for you to practice, outside on your own. You’ll be followed up too.

Catch him if you can…..
