What would be the most common and preferred recovery methods be to treat a swimmer, who has rotator cuff tendonitis?

2 absolutely key and vital things you’ll need is 1. Adequate thoracic spine mobility and 2. Adequate control (first) and strength (second) around your shoulder.
These are some of the best shoulder rehab exercises out there.
Give them a try – your pain can’t increase whilst doing them (no more than 2-3/10) and you shouldn’t feel anymore discomfort tomorrow morning – if you do then you need to either up your form or change your reps.
Get going – you’ll see a change in about 2 weeks.
