I play football and rugby and after games or training, i get an unreal pain on the outside of my right knee. Could you please help me suggest a way of healing this as i am dying to get back on the pitch. Many Thanks

Hi Nathan Sounds as if you've got an issue with your ITB - this is a really decent rehab program Have a breather from sport for the next 2 weeks and do the above twice a day for the next 10 days, then add in a short 10' run and then slowly back into footy and see how you go. If you've had your symptoms for months and months then you'll need to do more rehab and a slower return to sport. Good Luck The Guru
