Working background

I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and regain confidence in their bodies. My own journey through multiple injuries sparked my interest in massage and rehabilitation over a decade ago and continues to drive my approach to treatment today. I’m currently in my fifth year of a Master’s in Osteopathy, which has given me the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the body.

I am an experienced Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist and Personal Trainer with extensive expertise in sports massage, remedial therapy, and corrective exercise, working with a wide range of clients, from young athletes to older individuals with reduced mobility. As the Managing Director of Catalyst Complete Fitness Ltd, I provide soft tissue therapy, sports massage, and personal training, combining manual techniques with movement-based rehabilitation to deliver personalised, results-driven care that supports recovery, pain management, and performance improvement.

Previously, I worked at Nuffield Health as a Senior Personal Trainer, where I supported clients through tailored fitness and rehabilitation programmes and also delivered group exercise classes for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease, focusing on improving mobility, balance, and quality of life.
