Working background
After many years working in hospitality and retail environments in Southampton throughout university, I left the hustle and bustle and returned to Poole, where I started working for specialist backpack brand Osprey Europe.
Transferring my customer service skills from hospitality to an office environment, I worked up the ladder to Customer Service Manager, and then to Key Account Merchandiser looking after some of the big names in the outdoor industry. Looking for a change in direction, I started managing a local coffee shop which turned out to be more fun than work, and coffee on tap!
