Working background
After graduating from dance college with an honours degree in Dance and Theatre Performance I worked abroad as a professional dancer and dance captain for ten years. During my performing years I remained injury free which I attribute to my regular Pilates practice!
On returning back to the UK I decided to train as a Pilates teacher with the Body Control Pilates Association in London, and have been running my own matwork classes in East Sussex since 2013.
Alongside Pilates, I am a qualified dance teacher and enjoy teaching ballet, modern and tap dance to students of all ages across Sussex.
