Working background
I studied physiotherapy in Barcelona before beginning my career in France, where I initially worked across different clinics as a locum physiotherapist. I then secured a permanent position treating both paediatric and musculoskeletal patients, which allowed me to develop strong clinical reasoning, hands-on treatment skills, and experience managing a wide range of conditions.
Alongside my musculoskeletal and paediatric practice, I developed a growing interest in pelvic health and the perinatal world, which quickly became my main area of specialisation. I subsequently completed several additional trainings in pelvic floor rehabilitation, women’s health, and paediatrics to deepen my expertise and provide more specialised care to patients.
My current practice focuses on pelvic health physiotherapy and women’s health more broadly, including prenatal and postnatal rehabilitation, pelvic pain, endometriosis, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic floor dysfunctions. I have a particular interest in supporting women throughout pregnancy and postpartum recovery, with an emphasis on education, reassurance, and personalised care.
I am currently working at Six Physio Monument in London, where I continue to develop my specialist practice in pelvic health physiotherapy.
Question & Answer
The best piece of advice you've ever been given is…
The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is that if you never try, you’ll never know whether something could become a success. Even when things don’t go as planned, it’s never truly a failure there is always something to learn from the experience. This mindset has encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone, embrace new opportunities, and continue growing both personally and professionally.
What’s the best pizza you’ve ever had and where?
Pesto, mortadella and burata pizza in my hometown
What do you think you do better than 90% of people?
I think one of my greatest strengths is my ability to truly listen to people without judgement and make them feel understood and supported. I naturally create a safe and reassuring environment where people feel comfortable opening up, which is especially important in pelvic health and women’s health. I’m also someone who gives thoughtful and honest advice while remaining empathetic. My friends often say I’m the person they call when they need support or simply someone who will genuinely listen.
What's your go-to karaoke song?
Dancing queen – ABBA
What would you do if you had 2 days paid to rest and recuperate?
If I had two days fully dedicated to rest and recuperation, I would start with a reformer Pilates class followed by a long lunch outside on a sunny terrace. I’d then spend the afternoon reading a book in the park without thinking about the time or checking my phone too much. In the evening, I’d keep things simple with a quick dinner before meeting friends at the pub. The next day, I would allow myself to sleep in properly, then spend time cooking a nice homemade meal. I’d also go for a run to clear my mind and finish the day with a trip to the cinema. For me, the perfect balance of rest includes movement, good food, time outdoors, and quality moments with friends.
