Working background
After graduating, I began my physiotherapy career at Physioimpulse, a busy clinic in central Bath, where I treated a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions while primarily supporting the clinic’s sporting patients. I worked with athletes across rugby, rowing, netball, and running, providing care from post-operative rehabilitation to overuse and running-related injuries, while also continuing to support the clinic’s wider patient base.
Alongside this, I took on a role with the Cardiff Dragons Netball Superleague franchise, leading the physiotherapy team for the Nxt Gen squad competing in the Superleague pathway. This position placed a strong emphasis on rehabilitation and return-to-sport programs, as well as pitchside care and trauma management. Expanding my horizons internationally, I also spent time working in St Lucia, supporting their national rugby team both in clinic and on the field as part of an international tournament.
This combination of clinic-based practice and high-performance sport experience has equipped me with the skills to manage a diverse and varied caseload. I particularly enjoy designing tailored rehabilitation programmes and guiding patients through every stage of recovery, helping them restore function and achieve both personal and performance-related goals.
