Holly Nixon

After graduating from Cardiff University, I spent time travelling with England Masters Hockey where we won gold at the Masters World Cup in Auckland. I then made the move to London and began working in the City in a private MSK practice, all while training for my first marathon.

I’ve always had a passion for sport and movement. I have run at national level for as long as I can remember. That passion is what first drew me to physiotherapy – not because everyone needs to run fast, but because I truly believe movement is medicine for both the brain and body. When injury takes that away, we lose a part of ourselves, and helping people rediscover their confidence and movement is what I love most about being a physio.
