Working background
Originally from New Zealand, Jeffrey began his career in health and fitness as a qualified personal trainer. He went on to complete a Bachelor of Science at the University of Canterbury in 2011, followed by a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Otago in 2015. Since graduating, he has worked exclusively in private practice.
Jeffrey has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular focus on knee injuries. He has a strong interest in ACL rehabilitation and is passionate about helping clients return to full function.
He has worked with high-performance athletes across rugby union, indoor cricket and judo.
Outside of work, Jeffrey enjoys indoor bouldering and long distance running. In April 2025, Jeffrey relocated to London with his partner to embrace a new lifestyle and explore Europe.
