Working background
Since becoming a personal trainer, in Australia, I have worked with clients (both online and face to face), to help them achieve their goals of weight loss, improving strength and fitness, running marathons and creating sustainable lifestyle habits.
Massage was a natural progression for me, as I could incorporate my knowledge of rehab, prehab and general exercise into my treatments. I love helping people to move better, and feel better.
Doing massage also gave me great opportunities to work within sports; AFL, rugby league, rugby union, cricket and athletics. I worked closely with the Sydney AFL team, doing massage with the team during the week, and working games on the weekend, with pre-game massage and pitch side duties.
I am trained in sports massage, deep tissue, Swedish massage, pregnancy massage and myso-fascial release, pilates and I can write programs and help with training as well.
I love staying active myself, and I am a regular runner, weightlifter, hiker (and sometimes swimmer).

Stay disciplined, and stick to my routines and habits. I also make excellent macaroni cheese!

I try to avoid singing in public!
What would you do if you had 2 days paid to rest and recuperate?
Find an amazing to trail to run in the sun, and then lie on the beach; read my book and swim!
