Jen has a specialist interest in lower limb sports injuries and is a Consultant Physiotherapist with The Lionesses and the England Women’s Senior Football Team, alongside her role at Six Physio.
Jen started her career working in the NHS in Oxfordshire, before completing her MSc in Manual Therapy earning specialist accreditation with the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists. Jen trained in Pilates and has qualified as an MSK Sonographer.
With a passion for sports, injury rehab and prevention strategies, Jen joined the English Institute of Sport, where she worked full time with GB and England Hockey through the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and the 2022 Commonwealth Games. She has extensive experience across various Olympic sports having worked with British Rowing, British Sailing and British Gymnastics.
Jen is also passionate about adventure sports having led a team that rowed 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean, spending 40 days at sea and winning the Female Race Class. As a former competitive rower and triathlete, Jen is drawn to the coastal lifestyle and has made Dorset her home. She enjoys bringing her expertise to Six Physio to help you achieve your goals, both in sport and in life.
