Past Employment
I started my physiotherapy journey as a physiotherapy assistant in 2010 working for the NHS in Birmingham. I then graduated as a Physiotherapist and continued to work for the NHS in Birmingham and then at Brighton and Hove University Hospital Trust. I completed some core rotations in the hospitals and then specialised in musculoskeletal outpatients as a senior Physiotherapist. The last few years I have been working in the private sector in the Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill area.

Working background
After graduating I worked for the Heart of England NHS Trust in Birmingham as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist.
I then moved to the south east and worked as a rotational physiotherapist at the Brighton and Hove University Hospital Trust. I did several rotations here and then specialised as a Senior Physiotherapist in musculoskeletal outpatients. My role there involved: treating day to day injuries and sports injuries, pre and post operation rehabilitation and running exercise rehab classes. I also took a keen interest in how to help people with persistent pain.
I have also worked as a Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher. I love to weave all these elements together with my Physiotherapy skills, to help give a holistic approach to rehabilitation.
