Working background
After Graduating in 2009, I spent 3 months volunteering in Nepal and then moved to Australia where I had the opportunity to develop skills rotating in acute and chronic settings both in public and private hospitals. Since then, I have worked in private outpatient clinics where I have become experienced in treating musculoskeletal pathologies and rehabilitating Clients towards their goal, whether it be to get back to rugby games on Sunday or to participate in the Olympics!
I am a Pelvic Health Specialist and have carried out Postgraduate specialist training. I enjoy facilitating women and men with their continence, reducing pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction and carry out ante natal and postnatal assessments. I love to see individuals back to a full recovery so they can do what they love to do, it is highly rewarding. You will also catch me in the Pilates studio as I am an APPI Clinical Pilates instructor and I enjoy regularly teaching Pilates for Six.
