Luke Pollock

I come with plenty of MSK experience across both NHS and sport settings. I’ve worked as a Band 6 in Cardiff and Vale UHB, managing a wide range of MSK conditions. I have also spent time in Professional rugby settings, at clubs like Ulster, Harlequins and Cardiff Rugby.

Alongside this, I have played at a high level for a number of years, previously being involved with Ireland 7s. This gives me a first-hand understanding of the physical and psychological demands of elite-level performance and informs my approach to athlete rehab and injury prevention.
