Working background
Started my professional career in private practice physiotherapy in Dublin, managing a diverse caseload including musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, paediatrics, neurological conditions and chronic pain presentations. Worked collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and referring clinicians, including GPs and consultants, to support integrated patient care and rehabilitation planning.
Gained additional experience in paediatric and neurodevelopmental physiotherapy, working with children and adults presenting with conditions such as cerebral palsy, Down syndrome and global developmental delay. This included assessment and treatment of motor development, functional movement and goal-based rehabilitation in collaboration with families and MDT members.
