Working background
I qualified as a Physiotherapist from King’s College London and have a degree in Sport & Exercise Science from the University of Bath. I first joined the team at Six Physio as a sports massage therapist, where I developed strong hands-on skills in soft tissue treatment. Now, as a physiotherapist, I combine this practical experience with clinical knowledge to provide a well-rounded approach to assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.
Before qualifying as a physiotherapist, I gained experience across a variety of clinical settings. At Isokinetic, a busy sports medicine clinic on Harley Street, I worked with a wide range of sports injuries and orthopaedic conditions. I’ve also worked within the musculoskeletal department at St Thomas’ Hospital and at Neurokinex, a specialist neurorehabilitation centre, which gave me valuable insight into different approaches to rehabilitation. Alongside my clinical work, I’ve supported athletes at marathon events and worked with track and field teams. Having been involved in sport for most of my life, I understand firsthand the physical and mental challenges that injuries can bring, and I’m passionate about helping people return to the activities they enjoy with confidence.
