Working background
I started my career as a sports therapist, where I had the opportunity to work with athletes in the World Transplant Games, football, fencing, and basketball. My passion for holistic care led me to combine my undergraduate training with yoga, which I began teaching privately after completing my 200-hour training in Bali. This unique combination of skills allowed me to offer tailored sessions that integrated sports therapy with the principles of yoga, focusing on injury prevention and recovery.
Driven to expand my expertise, I pursued an MSc in Physiotherapy and joined the NHS as an MSK clinician. There, I gained experience treating a wide range of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions which deepened my understanding of patient care. This experience across five years, combined with my holistic approach, eventually led to my current role as a senior physiotherapist and passion in Women’s Health, where I continue to integrate manual therapy and wellness practices.
