Working background
I’ve worked as a physiotherapist across multiple NHS hospitals and Clinics in London, gaining experience in neuro wards, children with disabilities, intensive care/respiratory units, and MSK services. In each setting, I’ve tailored physiotherapy to patients’ goals—big or small—helping them recover, improve movement patterns, and get back to daily life. My passion is helping individuals regain independence, optimise functional recovery, and feel their best.
Beyond the clinic, I’m passionate about running and staying active at the gym, where I’ve been able to apply lessons for my own recovery and training goals. I also work with running clubs to help athletes understand their gait and make tweaks for injury-free performance. By focusing on key movement patterns, I guide runners to improve their bio-mechanics, prevent injuries, and enhance their running experience. This blend of rehab, sports performance, and personal training allows me to support both recovery and peak performance, empowering people to move better, stay active, and achieve their goals.
