Working background
After discovering the field of Women’s Health Physiotherapy, I have been devoted to learning more and sharing my passion for movement and understanding of our bodies to support women to feel strong, healthy and confident in all phases of life. I have experience in treating incontinence, bowel disorders, sexual pain and dysfunction, chronic pelvic pain, and prolapse. I provide support for women antenatally (birth preparation, pregnancy pelvic girdle pain) and postnatally (postnatal checks, abdominal separation, safe return to exercise). I am committed to a holistic and individualised approach to each client’s health, combining my pelvic, musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy skills with education and understanding.
