Working background

As an Iranian girl having a degree in sports injuries I decided to come to the UK to do my master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Science at the University of Portsmouth. I have a great experience working in an exercise physiology lab and obtained my master’s degree in the effect of hypoxia on obesity and diabetes. While I was a student I developed my exercise instructor skills specializing in cardiopulmonary and cancer rehab.

After graduation, I started working in hospital Reablement service with a variety of patients at early rehab stage. I also had many private patients come to me and gained outstanding results, from being bed-bound to going back to cruising! Sports massage Therapist is another qualification I carry which I truly believe can push away many pains and discomfort from you.

One of the best decisions in my professional life was joining BWT Physio in 2023 as a Rehabilitation Practitioner and working for the Neuro team in the community setting. BWT physio provided me with a place to grow and learn every day of work! All teams are fully dedicated to the job and friendly to everyone. Patient-centred service is what my colleagues and I try to prioritize all the time.

My everyday job includes treating patients with balance and mobility issues, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, hip and knee replacements, fractures, stroke and so on. Out of work, I can be a good snooker player who plays for Iran in women’s pro international tournaments and I used to play volleyball and train kids when I was in Iran.
