Hi Guru
My mother has herniated disc and she previously benefitted from effective physio and she was in good remission . For the past year the pain has returned and she is now unable to sit comfortably, stand for long period or bend.
I am after good physio specialist for lower back pain and exercises for my mother. Could you kindly email me details as to who to contact, the prices for each session and it would be great if we could come for consultation or tester session to see.
We are based in north London near Finsbury park .

Hi Salma
This is common – sounds as if your Mother has had her symptoms treated and not the cause of why she’s having back pain, and this is why her pain has returned.
I’d recommend seeing a Consultant Physio, and we’ve got a few of these in different clinics and their fees are £128 for an initial hour consultation and treatment. They should be able to give your Mother a really good idea as to what’s wrong, why and what she’ll need to do to manage her own symptoms.
Let me know which clinic is easiest for her and I’ll arrange it from this end.
