Nick asked The Guru for the following Physiotherapy Advice:
Hello,
I just had a high tibial osteotomy and an acl reconstruction on my left knee…using a hamstring graft.
I am looking for physiotherapy, which I know is more important than the surgery. Therefore can you suggest me a best place to look for this in east London?
I just had the surgery 3 days ago.
Thank you
Nick

Hi Nick
Absolutely right – physio is the answer. What you put in is what you get out.
We’re pretty groovy in the city, but if you want more East then I’d have a look at the team at The London Independent Hospital in Mile End. Simon Lack is the pseudo guru there!
Good Luck
