Spondylosis pain

Every now and then i get acute spondylosis pain in my neck and upper left lats triggered by heavy weight lifting at the gym.
I need immediate relief

Well, if itβs βonly now and thenβ be sensible give it a few days and youβll be feeling much better.
If you really want to find a much longer term, normal solution then donβt expect immediate results.
First up looks at your form – it canβt be right. Youβre strengthening some muscles but allowing others to weaken as the quality of what you do is being over ridden by quantity.
Second, improve (as always) your thoracic mobility – the more you have, the better your form.
And finally do some work which is stability, low load based work whichβll allow you to lift more, and possibly give a little on your form.
Start today and youβll be good tomorrow – not immediate, but itβs a start.
