Physiotherapy is recommended for the treatment of neck pain. Physiotherapy can help a neck move more when it is stiff and can help strengthen the muscles around the neck and shoulders.

If you have back pain it is essential that you see a physiotherapist. A physio can help you understand what is causing the back pain and can create a treatment plan to help with pain, range of movement and strength. This will enable you to prevent the back pain from coming back.

If you contact a private physiotherapist at Six Physio you will be seen within a few days. You won’t have to speak to your GP or be on a wait list. Once you have had your initial assessment, your treatment sessions can be an frequent or spaced out as you wish and need. You treatment plan will not be limited by wait lists or protocol. You will have direct contact with your physiotherapist via email and will be given a personalised exercise programmes which will be reviewed regularly.

At Six Physio a 30 minute session costs £67 with a 60 minute session Initial assessment at £88. Consultant Physio prices are higher, at £73/ £130.
