Working background
I have been working with elite athletes in preparation for National and International Competitions in Olympic Weightlifting and Track and Field (the 100m, 200m, and long jump are the main events). I have supported my athletes during the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham in 2022, the British Weightlifting Championships in 2022, 2023, and 2024, and the British Championships in 2024 (British Athletics).
I have hosted and spoken at seminars for several sports clubs across London, showcasing Pilates in Sports performance, Prehab in Olympic Weightlifting and Crossfit.
