Working background
Upon graduation from Ukraine I relocated to Dubai in 2004 and worked in the field of Accountancy at a local company.
Upon the birth of my second child in 2013, I experienced back issues due to poor posture. I discovered the practice of Pilates, which helped me to address my back issue.
Since then, Pilates has become my true passion, leading to my STOTT PILATES Mat and STOTT PILATES Reformer certification in 2019.
Since then I embarked on teaching both Mat/Reformer Pilates at Zen Yoga Studio(Dubai)
specialised in 1:1 Reformer pilates and offering on line lessons.
I relocated to Lindfield in 2022, where I continued teaching Pilates.
