If you’re watching from the sofa, make sure your knees are in line with your hips and that you maintain the natural curve of your spine by popping a cushion behind your lower back. These small changes will ensure your back is supported properly and will prevent too much strain on your muscles, joints and spinal discs.
“Keep on your toes”…move around at regular intervals during the game even if it is just to get another beer from the fridge or to answer the door to the pizza delivery man! Your spine likes to be moved!
