I was blown away by your level of professionalism; you are in quite a different league to the people I have seen in the past. I feel so encouraged to have found someone I trust and believe will be able to sort this out.  I learnt more about what is going on in my shoulder etc. in 1 session than  I have in 18 sessions.
Thank you so much for taking the time to explain how you work, what you were doing and providing a strategy for taking this forward. I will definitely be up for your pilates sessions when they are up and running.
