What a refreshing approach to physiotherapy! Being treated by two therapists, both specialists in their field, is highly effective and brings physio out of the “same old, same old” rut it’s been in for years! The app is a great idea – love being able to refer to the exercises, check on my appointments etc.
I think the care at six physio has been excellent. I can see that they make an effort to correct imbalances which may be causing the problem rather than simply focus on the area with pain and this seems to be far more effective than other physios I have seen before.
I think the combination of manual & rehab treatment is very helpful & both therapists have been excellent in helping me to understand what’s caused my problem & what I can do to help it improve.
