Working background
I qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2016, and it was during my early studies and career that I developed a keen interest in specialising in hand therapy. Since then, I’ve worked extensively with both children and adults, treating a vast range of hand and upper limb conditions, both conservatively and post-surgery.
I have specialised in 3 NHS trusts over several years, developing experience and skills supporting the recovery and rehabilitation of the hand. I set up and successfully ran a hand therapy clinic on Harley Street, where I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse patient group, including professional athletes, helping them regain full function and return to their careers.
Whether it’s creating custom splints, delivering education and exercises for managing complex trauma, or guiding recovery from surgery including the treatment of wounds and scars, I am dedicated to delivering tailored care that is evidence-based and patient-focused. My goal is to ensure each patient achieves the best possible outcome, restoring function and improving quality of life.
