Working background
My career has always centred around helping people move, perform, and recover. Before becoming a physiotherapist, I worked across the health and fitness industry as a health advisor, educator, strength and conditioning coach, and personal trainer, giving me hands-on experience in guiding individuals through exercise-based rehabilitation and performance training. I also worked as an exercise scientist for a soccer academy, advising on load management and recovery strategies to optimise performance and injury prevention.
This background in exercise science and physiology shapes how I approach physiotherapy. I understand the complexities of pain, injury, and human adaptation, and I use evidence-based exercise rehabilitation to help people regain confidence and strength. My experience across different settings has reinforced the importance of tailored, patient-centred rehab, ensuring that people receive the right guidance based on their goals, whether that’s returning to sport, managing pain, or improving day-to-day function.
I am committed to staying up to date with emerging research, continuously refining my practice to provide clear, honest, and effective physiotherapy. My goal is to empower individuals with the tools and knowledge to take control of their recovery and long-term well-being.
