After a long career in professional football with clubs including Gillingham, Fulham, Brentford and Brighton I retrained and became a physiotherapist where I continued in elite sport with Brighton & Hove Albion and most recently with Sheffield United FC, being part of the back room team that got promoted to the Premier League in 2018/19.
