Hi Lorriane
One of 2 (likely) things. First up is costochondritis. This is where the joint between your rib and sternum becomes irritated, but is unusual for the pain to move from the left to the right. There doesn’t necessarily need to be any trauma with this, but would be tender to poke.
Second up, and perhaps more likely as the pain jots around, and made worse by bending is your thoracic spine being really stiff and tight. If you don’t move very well through here when you bend or cough, then your ribs and the intercostal muscle between them have to compensate and overstretch. You can also have referred pain from your back or neck into the front part of your chest wall.
Try to encourage movement through your thoracic spine and avoid poking your chin out. Keep better overall posture and see if this improves things over the next few days.
If you’re the same or concerned, a visit to your GP wouldn’t go amiss.
Good Luck
