Working background
Upon completion of my MSc I have clinical experience both from the NHS and private settings. From working in multiple musculoskeletal clinics, I have treated an array of MSK conditions, sports injuries, and chronic pain using an array of manual and exercise based techniques.
In addition, I have expert training in scoliosis having most recently worked at Scoliosis SOS, a specialist MSK spinal clinic. There I worked with all populations managing conservative and surgical scoliosis cases with a strong focus in exercise based physiotherapy.
My additional interests include pilates rehabilitation and lower limb injuries, especially in runners. I am the lead of the pilates and running services here at Mansion House!
