Working background
My passion for ballet from a young age, coupled with various injuries on my journey to becoming a ballet teacher, led me to discover Pilates in 2002. I immediately connected with this movement system and decided to integrate it into my lifestyle while helping others do the same. I enjoy combining my knowledge of movement to offer a diverse range of classes that cater to different body types and abilities.
Throughout my career, I have worked with an extensive and varied portfolio of clients, continuously studying and improving myself. Committed to lifelong learning, I am currently expanding my knowledge of the human body and range of treatment skills by pursuing a Master of Osteopathy at University College of Osteopathy.
